Jarrad Clark

Jarrad Clark

Finance Broker, Synergy Finance

With a decade of experience in financial services, Jarrad offers clients a deep and practical understanding of commercial lending and banking relationships. His career began in Sydney, working for commercial asset finance lenders, followed by six years at ANZ within business banking and emerging corporate. There, he specialised in structuring finance solutions from $1m to $50m in total limits for a diverse range of mid-market businesses.

In 2024, Jarrad returned to his home state of Tasmania, stepping away from the corporate world to reconnect with his roots and focus on what matters most: working directly with individuals and businesses to help them reach their financial goals. His approach is thoughtful, analytical, and relationship-driven—offering clients tailored guidance across all aspects of their lending and banking needs.

James Brooks

James Brooks

With over 35 years of experience in financial services, James is a seasoned specialist in both commercial and residential lending, with additional career experience across wealth management and financial planning. Today, he specialises exclusively in lending, drawing on decades of insight to help clients navigate their financial journeys.

His career includes senior roles at ANZ and Macquarie Bank, where he built a reputation for strategic thinking and client-focused solutions. After years in the corporate world, James took a life-changing sabbatical with his wife and young children to travel Australia. That experience reshaped his perspective, reinforcing his passion for meaningful, one-on-one client work.

James thrives on helping individuals and businesses—from first-home buyers to major developers—find the right financial solutions. Whether it's funding a car or financing a complex business restructure, his goal is always the same: to empower clients to reach their goals with clarity and confidence.
